Who Can Use Our Products

Our products are designed for children ages 4-14 with parental supervision. Parents or guardians must set up and manage the app.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's standard policies.

Content Ownership

Stories your family creates belong to you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our products, but never individual content.

Acceptable Use

Use our products for their intended purpose: educational activities for children. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse our services.

Updates & Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice 30 days before taking effect.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are educational tools, not substitutes for professional instruction. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store policies. Generally, you can request a refund within the first 14 days. For subscription issues, contact our support team.

All on-device data remains on your device until you delete it. Cloud-synced data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Yes! Family subscriptions support multiple child profiles on the same device. Each child gets their own progress tracking and settings.

Story Grow is designed for ages 4-10, Code Ship for ages 8-14. Parental supervision is required for all users under 13.
